Xi’an Day 2 highlights
- Museum of Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses (at least 4 hours recommended time for a visit)
- Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum (less than 1 hour)
- Muslim Quarter (in the evening)
Total time for a sightseeing without pauses and transportation: 5-7 hours
The Terracotta Army was one of the worlds biggest archaeological discoveries in the XX century. So it is not strange that this site is one of the most visited attractions in China. The Terracotta Army is exhibited in the Museum of Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses. Near museum is Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, though there is not too much to see in the mausoleum, since it is not excavated yet.
In the evening visit Muslim Quarter. Even if you visited it during the day, it is still worth visiting again during the night time.
